Lady Isabella Frederica Louisa Hervey (born 9 March 1982) is a British socialite, model, and actress. She is the youngest daughter of the 6th Marquess of Bristol and his third wife Yvonne Marie Sutton, half-sister of the 7th Marquess of Bristol, and Lord Nicholas Hervey, both deceased, and sister of the 8th Marquess of Bristol and Lady Victoria Hervey.

She is probably most well known for receiving a gold medal on the Channel 4 reality TV show The Games (2004), and for appearing as a contestant on ITV's Celebrity Love Island (2005). In 2005, she was named "face of Playboy UK".[1] With the shoot taking place during a heatwave, she said “I nearly died, the sweat was dripping off me. I was very pleased not to be wearing very much.”[2]

Her childhood hasn't been easy, with her father passing when she was three and being sent to boarding school at six. She developed bulimia as a teenager and saw a therapist for a time.[2] Her bulimia started at 18 and says she first made herself sick Christmas Day 2000 remarking "...I felt a huge sense of relief afterwards." Her disorder lasted for three years, sometimes with her in bed, bingeing at night. She eventually told her mother, who took her to the eating disorders unit at the Priory Group hospital, where Isabella went once a week. She also joined Overeaters Anonymous.[3]

She has appeared as a contestant on Celebrity Masterchef, and more recently in the UK Sky One television programme Vroom Vroom. She also competed in the Sky One show Cirque De Celebrite.

She was awarded Sexiest Aristocrat in May 2006, and made the 62nd spot in FHM’s 100 Sexiest Women in the World.[4]

On February 1, 2007, she received a head massage to promote Stress Down Day, which seeks to raise awareness of the effects of stress. The drive also encouraged office workers to pay £2 (supporting the Samaritans) to come to work in their slippers.[5]

In a 2005 interview, she stated that her title has held her back in her modeling career. "When I first started, the bookers assumed I didn't need the cash, so wouldn't put me forward for the big money jobs. At the end of the day, just because I'm a Lady, it doesn't mean I'm rich."[6]

Her participation in "The Games" inspired her to try a new career as a personal trainer. "The best thing is the change I see in people," she says. "They look younger, more confident." She primarily works with male city traders, who pay £120 for an hour.[7]
