Lady Cai (蔡氏) is known as the woman who renounced Chingchou, (otherwise known as Jingzhou), to Huang Zu.
She was Huang Zu's second wife, who opposed the leadership of the crown prince of Jingzhou, Liu Qi. She was the sister of Cai Mao, who later served Cao Cao. She was a shrewd woman, who seemed to be in control of Jingzhou.
She was renowed also for her loyalty to her kingdom and her politic skills.
