Lady Alice Angela Jane McDonnell (born 5 December 1964), married name Lady Alice Gwinn, is an Anglo-Irish aristocrat.

Lady Alice was educated at St Mary's Convent, Shaftesbury; Gresham's School, Holt; and St Hilda's College, Oxford (Literae Humaniores).

She is an accomplished gardener, successful breeder of rodents, and a widely acknowledged wit and bonne viveuse. In January, 2007, she mourned the loss of her treasured companion of many years: Kitty - a redoubtable and unusually disagreeable black cat.

The daughter of Alexander Randal Mark McDonnell, 9th Earl of Antrim and Sarah Elizabeth Anne Harmsworth, she is the sister of Lady Flora McDonnell and Randal Alexander St John McDonnell, Viscount Dunluce. She is also a direct descendant of King William the Conqueror, Pocahontas (daughter of Chief Powhatan), and King James I and VI.

She is married to Christian Carey Gwinn and has two children, Louis Richard Alexander (b. 26 May 1991) and Claudia Elizabeth Sarah (b. 25 October 1994).
