Ladob

Ladob is a dish eaten in the Seychelles. It consists of banana, sweet potatoes boiled with sugar, nutmeg and vanilla. Coconut is then grated and coconut milk added until the fruit is soft and the sauce is creamy [1]

Ladob can be served hot or cold.
