[edit] License tagging for Image:HatemiMurad.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:HatemiMurad.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

[edit] ottoman
These pics are good but it will do much good if you put them under the artist page. They are not related to text or the original paintings of the ottoman period.--OttomanReference 14:02, 8 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Hatemiyoungbeyazit.JPG)
Thanks for uploading Image:Hatemiyoungbeyazit.JPG. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Gay Cdn (talk) (Contr.) 01:24, 25 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:HatemiBazaar.jpg
Thank you for uploading Image:HatemiBazaar.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Shell babelfish 23:27, 13 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Haydar Hatemi
Can you please tell us whether you are Haydar Hatemi, or not? Thanks. DenizTC 08:18, 2 October 2007 (UTC)
- 95% chance he is not, unless he proves it. We must consider that someone is pretending to be him.--Cabin Member 04:46, 9 November 2007 (UTC)

- The website of the University of Kentucky - Turkish Student Association lists Laçin Hatemi as a member (and also Aydın Hatemi), who can be found here participating in a programming contest in 2001 at that university. This user at some time uploaded the now deleted Image:University of Kentucky.jpg. Lachin Hatemi is named on webpage www.andhranews.net/intl/2007/April/11/em-Bringing-Faiths-Together.asp as the press contact of Haydar Hatemi, who was born in 1945. Most likely the artist Haydar Hatemi is the father of this user. --Lambiam 04:05, 25 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Hatemisoldier.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Hatemisoldier.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 23:08, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
