Dead Bodies Don't Drown, (also known as DBDD) is an American subculture clothing line, based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. DBDD was founded in 2005, and as of 2008, sponsors musicians throughout the United States, as well as a handful of artists in Canada and the United Kingdom. The name is taken from poem written my the owner, and the full lyric is "Dead bodies don't drown, but bitches like you do", which has appeared on an older design.
DBDD sponsored several tours in 2007, featuring the Drink Till You Drown tour (Dr. Acula, A Stained Glass Romance & Seneca) and the Massacre Monstour (Dance Club Massacre, Catalepsy, For Today, Blind Witness) which was advertised in Alternative Press and co-sponsored by Hot Topic.
In April 2008, DBDD released their 14th shirt, inspired by the Beard Liberation Front.
