The Lacrimose Mountain-tanager (Anisognathus lacrymosus) is a species of bird in the Thraupidae family. It is found in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes and heavily degraded former forest.
