[edit] Non free, fair use rationale for League Against Cruel Sports
Although this image is subject to copyright, I, User:Sue Wallace believe it's use here constitutes fair-use because:
- The image is a low resolution depiction of the official logo of notable registered British charity League Against Cruel Sports which is being used in an article on wikipedia that is created for the discussion about the charity.
- The image is only being used in the above mentioned article.
- The image is low-resolution.
- The image used here is not intended to imply any form of ownership of the logo.
- The logo is still the property of LACS (League Against Cruel Sports).
- The low resolution image is not suitable for piracy.
- The logo is being used to represent the general public's image of the animal charity to increase reader's understanding for critical and educational reasons.
