I agree this can be moved to Wiktionary (may need rewriting).

I disagree - I don't think this article should be moved to Wiktionary. The Labellum is a key feature of orchids that differentiates them from other flowers. Much more could be said about how it attracts insects, etc. --Vince 20:50, 1 April 2007 (UTC)
