[edit] Spelling of her name?

It is alternately spelled with (Montvoisin) and without (Monvoisin) a T throughout the article. Which is correct? I know that in French there is no difference in pronunciation between the two, which might lead to this confusion. Google seems to turn up considerably more hits for "Monvoisin." I am changing all spellings in this article to this version - if anyone finds more information, please add on here! SeaworthyViolin 16:00, 11 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Black Mass

The description of the black mass ("an abominable parody in which the host was compounded of the blood of a little child mixed with horrible ingredients") is not only POV, but is also in conflict with the black mass article as it stands. For now I am changing it to "a parody of the Christian mass" and anyone with more information is free to add on. SeaworthyViolin 16:06, 11 June 2006 (UTC)

You say that it is POV, but it sounds more like a quote. The fact is, however, that the statement is actually accurate - it matches the testimony from the trail. Additionally, you are ignoring the goals of their "Black Mass". It was not to make a parody of anything, but to obtain practical results (such as the love of the King of France, or the death of enemies) for La Voisin's very rich clients.Jimhoward72 (talk) 03:44, 25 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Her picture?

There is a well-know portrait of her, surprising it hasn't been added yet.Jimhoward72 (talk) 08:52, 2 March 2008 (UTC)
