IMDb profile |
La prima Angélica is a 1974 Spanish drama film co-written and directed by Carlos Saura.
It won the Special Jury Award at Cannes Film Festival and it had troubles with Spanish Censorship about its franquist satire and the Spanish Civil War point of view of a republican boy.
The film follows Ingmar Bergman 's Wild Strawberries script achievement presenting the leading older character (López Vázquez) living his past as older, not as a child.
