La Salle Florida

La Salle Florida is a school located in Vicente López, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The school was founded in 1925. It belongs to the "Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools", founded by Jean-Baptiste de la Salle, a French priest, in 1680. Despite that, it is managed by lay people.

Originally it was a boys only school but nowadays, both boys and girls attend classes. It has Kindergarten, Primary, Elementary, High school and "Third Level"[clarify] education.

It is a well recognized school in Buenos Aires, especially regarding arts, sciences and sports.

Florencia Kirchner, the daughter of the current president of Argentina, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, attends the school.
