La Brugeoise et Nivelles SA. (abbrev. BN) is a former manufacturer of railway locomotives and other rolling stock in Bruges and Nivelles, Belgium. It was formed in 1956 by merger of La Brugeoise, Nicaise et Delcuve and La Métallurgique. During 1988 Bombardier acquired a 90% share of BN, and they have subsequently been fully absorbed into Bombardier Transportation[1].
