[edit] I claim fair use on these grounds...
The image linked here is claimed to be used under fair use as:
- it is a historically significant photo of a famous structure, the L.A. Coliseum, which was the home of a famous baseball team, the Dodgers, for only 4 seasons;
- it is of much lower resolution than the original (copies and blowups made from it will be of very inferior quality);
- the photo is only being used for informational purposes; the article on the L. A. Coliseum discusses the unique baseball layout, and this photo helps to illustrate that discussion;
- a free alternative is unlikely to be found as the Coliseum has not been used for baseball since 1961. [2]

- I just wanted add that this photo is also historically unique. There will unlikely ever be another baseball game at the Coliseum, let alone by the Dodgers. --Bobak 19:23, 26 November 2006 (UTC)
