Regarding the comment "There is no way to know if O'Kais is Fire Warrior's La'Kais, although O'Kais mentions when Space Marines are present that "They shall pay for what they did to Dolumar!"."

This is incorrect: when Kais encounters a Space Marine force, his actual quote is "Space Marines! They shall pay dearly for Damocles!". This refers to the Damocles Crusade, where Imperial forces (including Space Marines) invaded Tau territory in Warhammer 40,000 lore.
