[edit] Biography

L.A.P.D. formed in the late 1980s in Bakersfield, California. Signing to Triple X Records, they released the Love and Peace, Dude EP in 1989. A full-length entitled Who's Laughing Now followed on the May 31, 1991, but after a year of touring Morrill, who was dealing with drug addiction, left the band. The band met up with Sexart singer Jonathan Davis while working the club circuit, and decided to move out to Los Angeles where they started fresh as Korn. A full collection of L.A.P.D.'s recordings was released in 1997, which consisted of the Love and Peace, Dude EP and Who's Laughing Now.
