L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon is a group of restaurants in: Paris, Tokyo, New York, Las Vegas, London, and Hong Kong. Opened by renowned chef Joël Robuchon, the restaurants serve French haute cuisine in a stylized environment. Many of the seats are arranged to overlook the meal preparation in the kitchen and can be likened to a sushi bar type atmosphere.

Robuchon's signature dishes include a cauliflower cream with caviar and potato puree; French Quail Legs stuffed in Foie Gras.

In 2008, the restaurant was voted 14th best in the world in Restaurant (magazine) Top 50.

Robuchon is set to open his seventh L'Atelier in Philadelphia for 2010.
