Lúcio Wagner Freitas de Souza (born on 15 June 1976) is a Brazilian-Bulgarian footballer and a midfielder for Levski Sofia. With Levski he has played in 60 A PFG games, 13 national cup games and 16 European games. He was a national cup winner in 2005. Wagner has previously played for Sevilla FC, SL Benfica and Cherno More. In May 2006 during the Kirin Cup tournament he made his debut for the Bulgarian national team against Japan.
