Eder Líder Mármol Cuenca (born October 2, 1985 in Juan León Mallorquín, Alto Paraná) is a Paraguay a soccer defender who plays for Major League Soccer side Chicago Fire.

Mármol began his career in Paraguay with CD 4 de Agosto. After four seasons at the club Mármol moved on to Paraguayan second division side Club Atlético River Plate (Asunción). His play at River started to gain him notice by the countries first division clubs. He was acquired by first division side Club Sol de América where he remained for one year. In 2005 he joined Club Guaraní, helping the club to a second place finish in the Torneo Apertura. After two successful seasons at the club, Mármol emigrated to Hércules CF in Spain's Second Division. After arriving in Spain during the December European transfer window, Mármol became a fixture in the center of the defense starting eleven matches and scoring one goal for the Spanish side. At the conclusion of the 2007 season, Mármol was invited for a pre season try-outs with Coventry City FC, Reading FC and AFC Bournemouth.

Mármol signed with Chicago Fire on 29 April, 2008, ending a three-month long saga that saw Mármol train with New York Red Bulls for two months before eventually joining the Fire and agreeing to terms.
