Léopold Biha

Prince Léopold Biha (1919-2003) was a Burundian politician. He was the Prime Minister following the 1965 legislative election. He was the personal secreteary of King Mwambutsa IV previous to his appointment as Prime Minister. He was Prime Minister until then Prince Ndizi overthrew his father and became King. Ntara V installed Michel Micombero to the post.
