[edit] Career

A former student at the Paris National Academy of Music, Léonor started studying music on a part-time basis, prior to joining Lycée Charlemagne and Lycée Turgot, two Paris secondary schools renowned for their academic standards. Since early childhood, she had been a singer at the Paris Choir School, which enabled her to perform in a large number of concerts at the Paris Opera, Beaubourg Museum, Notre-Dame Catheral and Chatelet Theatre. As a child, she appeared in Chris Marker’s Le Tombeau d’Alexandre, was a partner to Claude Brasseur in a film directed by Alain Bonnot, and played in Michel Léviant’s Le mur aux fées. As a young teenager, she was given a role in Emmanuelle Bercot’s first film, La Puce. Its success was such that the film was granted a special derogation for wide release. Léonor later held roles in films directed by Benoît Jacquot and Michel Léviant.
