[edit] pronunciation

How the heck do you pronounce his name? Recury 02:14, 21 October 2006 (UTC)

I would think Laslowe Moh-oly Nargi but ask on Talk:Hungary or Talk:Hungarian language to be certain. Arniep 19:28, 21 October 2006 (UTC)
From a Hungarian speaker I heard, Lazlõ Mõhõly Nǎzh (like the "s" in television or measure). Pinkville 03:09, 18 November 2006 (UTC)
It is Nǎzh like the "s" in "vision" (or like Zsa Zsa) although few North Americans would pronounce it like that, even an art history prof. I T.A.'d for pronounced it "naygee". Freshacconci 15:54, 19 December 2006 (UTC)
Nagy has a slightly different pronunciation. You like potato and I like potahto. Freshacconci 22:40, 19 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] the prononctuation is wrong

I dont fully understand the prononctuation simbols, but since Mohol is a town, the appended 'y' is a sign of noblity. 'ly' would otherwise be pronounced as a 'j' but in this case it is 'li'.

I hope that helps :) —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 80.98.128.14 (talk) 20:43, 1 April 2007 (UTC).
