László Cseh (born December 3, 1985 in Halásztelek, south of Budapest), is a Hungarian medley and backstroke swimmer, a scholarship holder with the Olympic Solidarity program. He is 1.88 m (6 ft 2 in) tall and weighs 82 kg (180 lb).

Competing in the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Cseh finished third in the men's 400 m individual medley at the time of 4:12.15, behind Michael Phelps and Erik Vendt of the USA.

On December 8, 2005, in the course Trieste's Winter European Championship, he set the new world record in the 200 m Individual Medley for short course swim pools, at 1:53.46 (which was broken by Ryan Lochte, USA, at the 2006 FINA Short Course World Championships). He is the current world record holder in the 400 IM for short course swim pools with a time of 03:59.33[4] and 200 IM for short course swim pools with a time of 1:52.99[5]. Both records were set on the 2007 European short-course swimming championships.

He is coached by György Turi, Zoltán Nemes and is in the club, Köbánya Sport Club.
