Prince Kyrill of Bulgaria, Prince of Preslav (born July 11, 1964), also known as Kyrill of Saxe-Coburg, is the second son of tsar Simeon II of Bulgaria (also Prime Minister of Bulgaria from 2001 to 2005) and his wife Doña Margarita Gomez-Acebo y Cejuela. Although he was born after his father's loss of the throne, he is by courtesy styled as a royal prince. He is known also as Kyrill of Bulgaria and Kyrill of Preslav, the latter being the title of the second son of Bulgarian kings. He was born in Madrid.

Kyrill is a 1986 graduate of Princeton University, where he completed a degree in physics in just three years. On October 28th 1987, Kyrill escorted fellow Princeton graduate Brooke Shields to a dinner/fashion show hosted by Christian Lacroix in New York City. Until his marriage, Kyrill's purported romantic interests were tracked by European celebrity magazines, notably ¡Hola! in Spain.

In September 15, 1989 Kyrill married Doña Rosario Nadal y Fuster-Puigdorfila. They have two daughters and a son:

  • HRH Princess Mafalda-Ceceilia Preslavska of Bulgaria, born July 27, 1994 in London.
  • HRH Princess Olimpia Preslavska of Bulgaria, born December 14, 1995 also in London.
  • HRH Prince Tassilo of Bulgaria, born January 20, 2002
