The Third Kyodo-kai (三代目侠道会 Sandaime Kyōdō-kai?) is a yakuza gang based in Onomichi, Hiroshima, Japan. It was designated as a "boryokudan" group by the Hiroshima prefectural public safety commission in 1992.
Its current kumicho is Nozomu Izekawa.

- 1st (1969-1989): Kokichi Morita (森田 幸吉), who was also a top leader of the Takahashi-gumi.
- 2nd (1989-2001): Kazuo Morita (森田 和雄), a younger brother of Kokichi Morita.
