[edit] External links

A large number of the entries in the external links section are merely trivial references; the list should be pruned down to only those links that provide significant additional information about the article's subject. Studerby 06:16, 5 October 2007 (UTC)

The article was deleted and I created a new stub with the infobox, lead, ELs, and categories. Regardless of the mile-long history of the old article, I agree with the earlier post that the new article should contain only relevant external links, not every interview the guy has ever given. We have a Manual of Style to follow. In addition, there were external links to MP3 samples on the old page, and that's not allowed under our terms of use. Sound files, like images, must be uploaded instead of linked externally. Wikipedia uses Ogg Vorbis for sound, and Ogg files must be uploaded per Wikipedia:Creation and usage of media files. - KrakatoaKatie 13:44, 15 April 2008 (UTC)
