Kyle Blaine Kosier (pronounced /KO-sure/) (born November 27, 1978 in Peoria, Arizona) is an American football guard for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League. He was originally selected with the 37th pick of the seventh round of the 2002 NFL Draft out of Arizona State University. He has also played for the Detroit Lions and the San Francisco 49ers.

Kosier attended Cactus High School in Peoria, Arizona and was a student and a letterman in football, basketball, baseball, and track&field. In football, the Arizona Republic named him to the All-Arizona Team, and KPNX-TV named him the 1996 Arizona Class 4A Defensive Player of the Year.
