Kyle & Jackie O are Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O, two Australian radio hosts. They host The Kyle and Jackie O Show, which is a top rating Sydney breakfast radio show found on Austereo's 2Day FM.

They have been in the business for ten years, and can be found on 104.1FM, in Sydney.

The show has attracted criticism from other Australia media and music identities, including David Marr, Jason Whalley from band Frenzal Rhomb and Wil Anderson. The criticism generally focuses on the poor taste of practical jokes the hosts play on members of the public and the extremities of "dares" which they force their on-air news anchor into doing. This has led to Kyle & Jackie O being referred commonly to as Vile and Jackie Ho or Vile and Tacky Ho by comedian Wil Anderson.

In July, 2006, it emerged that a number of the callers to their show were actually fictitious. At first it was claimed that the duo were unaware of this, and the callers had been arranged by a rogue producer. It later emerged that a call in which Jackie O admonished her personal trainer for his poor hygiene was actually made to an Austereo executive. [1] [2]

Kyle entered the Australian Big Brother 2007 Series on a secret task by Big Brother. Kyle was meant to perform the radio show from the big brother house.

It has been recently announced by Channel 10 that Big Brother Host, Gretel Killeen has left the show, and has now been replaced by the duo.
