People, I highly doubt the following passage:
- covers about 94% of the Ukrainian population
To the best of my vast knowlege on Ukraine, even 50% of its population can not afford buying a mobile phone (not to mention the subscrpition). Besides, this info doesn't correspond with statistics in Communications in Ukraine. Somebody check this. Best wishes, AlexPU 16:45, 19 November 2005 (UTC)
- I think the sentance means the area were their signal is available contains 94% of the population of Ukraine.
