Kyiv International School

Kyiv International School is a private international school located in Kiev, Ukraine. It was founded in 1992, and is part of the Quality Schools International group, which is a member of CEESA, Central and Eastern European Schools Association. The school offers education in the English language, including a full International Baccalaureate program and also Advanced Placement courses.
In June of 2000, the school purchased and began renovation of a large facility on a site near the Svyatoshyna metro in Kiev. The school occupied the newly renovated building in May of 2001. The facility includes a library/learning center, two computer labs, two science labs, a pre-school wing, art studio, a swimming pool, gymnasium, a music/drama center, a snack bar and a cafeteria.
The academic program uses a performance-based approach to learning. It is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.
