Kyi Kyi Htay (Burmese :ၾကည္ၾကည္ေ႒း) (March 19, 1924 – March 4, 2000) was a Burmese film actress, singer, opera performer and dancer.

She was born on 1924-03-19 in Latt Pan Tan, daughter of U Phoe Yin and Daw Ohn Kywe. Since childhood, she entered Myanmar Tradition Dance and Opera, Zat Ta Bin. In Zat Ta Bin, she was famous as the name Aug Chin Ma Mar Lar Ye. She became a film actress in 1951. She was given her first Burmese academy award in her first film Chit Tet wai in 1952. She also won national awards for Chit kwint ma pine in 1956, Nu Nu Nge Nge in 1970, and Lu Zaw in 1978.
Her husband was U Aung Thein and she had two children. She lived at No(25/27), ShweTineThiri street, KyiMyinTine, Yangon. She died on 4 March 2000 in the city.
