KXTY (99.7 FM) is a radio station broadcasting talk format. Licensed to Morro Bay, California, it serves the San Luis Obispo, California area.

The station is owned by Salisbury Broadcasting. An acquisition by Mapleton Communications announced in 2006[1] was not completed.

On August 20, 2007, Lazer Communications acquired the rights to purchase KXTY from Mapleton Communications.[1]

On Monday November 19, 2007 the format on KXTY changed from talk to Spanish romantica music.
