[edit] History

KXPK originally signed on the air in June 1994 as Adult Album Alternative "96.5 The Peak", where it competed with heritage station KBCO. It then flipped to Active Rock, with Howard Stern. And then flipped to an 80s format. In 2001 it flipped to its current format, using Entravision's "Radio Tri-Color" format.
