KXPD-LP is an affiliate of the Azteca América network. Licensed to Eola, Oregon, the station covers the Willamette Valley from Salem to Wilsonville, within the Portland, Oregon television market. It broadcasts on UHF channel 52.

The station signed on the air on May 20, 2005 as the main signal of KWVT-LP, a local, English-language independent station owned by Northwest Television.
On May 8, 2007 Northwest Television sold the broadcast license of KWVT-LP, to Churchill Media of Eugene, Oregon. Programming from Azteca América began August 17, 2007. The call letters were soon after changed to KXPD-LP.
As of November 2007 the station is being carried by Comcast on digital channel 317 & 617 in the digital basic tier.
Northwest Television programing will continue on other existing stations it currently owns, with KWVT moving to KWVT-LP channel 17 in the Salem area.

Churchill Media is in the process of added more low power stations. To carry Azteca América programing to other hispanic markets throughout the Pacific Northwest.
These stations are currently owned by Three Angels Broadcasting Network.
