UPDATE: This station is set to go on the air in June 2007 according to Entravision 2007 Annual Report.

"Our network affiliation agreement with Fox Broadcasting Company, or Fox, gives us the right to broadcast Fox network programming on XHRIO-TV, serving the Matamoros/Harlingen-Weslaco-Brownsville-McAllen market, and KXOF-CA, serving the Laredo market, through June 30, 2010. The network affiliation agreement may be extended for successive one-year terms at Fox's option, subject to our consent. XHRIO-TV is currently operating as a Fox affiliate, and we expect to launch KXOF-CA as a Fox affiliate in June 2007."

[edit] w/ TimeWarner?

KXOF-39 started appearing on channel-16 of TimeWarner Cable service. There are no announcements from KXOF or TimeWarner. Their lineup still shows the NBC affiliate for channel-16. Anyone with additional info? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 165.95.228.14 (talk) 01:22, 16 October 2007 (UTC)

TWC canceled WOAI-TV NBC San Antonio programming on channel 16 (since Laredo has its own KGNS NBC programming which is on TWC channel 10) and changed it to KXOF FOX Laredo programming. -AMAPO (talk) 08:20, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
