KXOF-CA channel 39 is a low powered FOX affiliate in Laredo, Texas, owned by Entravision Communications.

Under the ownership of "Aracelia Ortiz, Executrix of the Estate Of Carlos Ortiz" (co-founders of La Familia Network and Fe-TV), it broadcast programming from TBN Enlace USA 24 hours a day, as KNEZ-CA. In March 2007, the station was acquired by Entravision, owners of KLDO-TV and KETF-CA, with the intent to affiliate the station with the Fox network.

KXOF is Laredo's first local Fox affiliate since 2002, when XHLAR-TV flipped from Fox to programming from Televisa. From 2002 to 2007, Laredo received its Fox programming from either Foxnet or San Antonio's KABB. KXOF began to carry Fox programming in July 2007.

KXOF also airs MyNetworkTV programming from 10pm - Midnight, and LATV programming from 2am-5am. LATV can be seen full-time on a digital subchannel of KLDO.

KXOF is preparing a local newscast which is slated to begin sometime in third quarter 2008.
