KXLY-FM ("Spokane's River 99.9 FM") is an Adult Album Alternative outlet in Spokane, Washington that broadcasts at 99.9MHz with an ERP of 37 kw. The station is owned by Morgan Murphy Media.

The station made its debut in the 1960s with an Easy listening format before evolving into a Soft AC format in the late 1980s. On September 12, 2006 the station switched to its current Triple-A format.
