I am looking for evidence for Kuang Yi-Ping to be the same person as Kuang Xun. Kuang Yi-Ping is the ancester of the Kuang clan in Guangdong province, the father of Kuang Zhun. According to Chinese history text (I have consulted three different original texts, including Song Shi) Xun was an eunuch (not a literati) in Song Gaozhong's court. His only appearance in the history book was to alert GaoZhong emporer of the approach of the Jin Army so that Gaozhong could escape. In the subsequent coup in the following month over 100 eunuchs were killed, possibly including Kuang Xun. Kuang Yi-Ping was also about the same age. And eunuchs do have adopted children so it was possible for Kuang Xun to have had four children, including Kuang Zhun. Has anyone seen a family genealogy that named Kuang Xun as the same person as Kuang Yi-Ping?

The romanization of the Chinese names in this website has been standardized using the Wade-Giles system. Many words based on pinyin were changed to Wade-Giles. In my opinion pinyin is the more accepted Romanization system for the Chinese language, having been accepted by the ISO. Wade-Giles is mostly used only in Taiwan. I would propose that this website revert to using pinyin.

The reason why WG is used is because most of the Kwong geneology materials use WG, not PY and most foreign Chiense genelogical studies use WG, not Pinyin...

I suggest that both WG and Pinyin can be used on this page. Most of my research is from Chinese text. Pinyin is a more accepted standard. Many other pages specifies which system it uses before each Romanized word. Please do not change PY into WG. Add WG if you like. Bensonkwong 14:58, 5 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Kyliek.jpg

Image:Kyliek.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
