Kwinana Town Centre, is the central suburb of the town of Kwinana, Western Australia. The suburb's postcode is 6167.

The suburb comprises three large city blocks and has no residential dwellings, instead, it houses the 'Kwinana Hub' shopping centre, the Kwinana Recreation centre, Kwinana Aquatic Centre, the Kwinana Police Station and the Town of Kwinana Council Chambers. One huge block of land is occupied only by natural bushland.
