KWBU-TV is a public television station in Waco, Texas, broadcasting locally on channel 34 as a PBS member station, and airs educational programming from Baylor University. The station is owned by Brazos Valley Public Broadcasting, Inc. KWBU first signed on the air on May 22, 1989 as KCTF. In the Waco market, it airs on cable channel 7.
