KVTX-LP is the Telemundo affiliate in Victoria, Texas. The station is owned by Saga Communications, and operates on UHF channel 45 with no companion digital signal. KVTX-LP is carried as a digital subchannel on sister station KAVU-TV's digital signal, along with two other sister stations. [1]

The station is part of a group of television stations in Victoria that are owned by Saga, based out of KAVU-TV. It has operated since the early 2000s at the earliest.

On February 19, 2009, which is the end of the digital TV conversion period for full-service stations, KVTX-LP will be required to turn off its analog signal and turn on its digital signal (called a "flash-cut").
