KVQT is a low-power television station in Houston, Texas, broadcasting locally in analog on UHF channel 21. Branded as Vision Celestial, the independent station is operated by Iglesia Cristo Viene, a local church located in Baytown, and broadcasts Spanish-language Christian programming from facilities at the church. It was founded on May 1, 1990, has had the current call letters since August 2000, and has been owned by C. Dowen Johnson since February 2002.
