KVOX-FM "Froggy 99.9" is a radio station located in Fargo, North Dakota (licensed by the FCC to twin city Moorhead, Minnesota), owned by Go Radio Broadcasting, a division of Triad Broadcasting. The stations airs a country music format, and can also be heard streaming on the internet through its website. Froggy 99.9 is usually one of the most listened to radio stations. Froggy mainly competes against KBVB, "Bob 95 FM"

In May 1999, Triad Broadcasting reached a deal to acquire this station from Brothers Jim and Tom Instad as part of a twelve-station deal valued at a reported $37.8 million.[1]

Triad Broadcasting also owns KQWB-AM 1660 (Sports), KQWB-FM 98.7 (Active rock), KLTA 105.1 (Hot AC), and KPFX 107.9 (Classic Rock) in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
