Kvetkai is a village in northern Lithuania, Panevėžys County, Biržai district , near Latvian border (3 km).

It has a wooden Kvetkai St. John the Baptist Church (till 1772), and a basic school established in 1835. Near Kvetkai flows river Nemunėlis.
