Image talk:Kuzma.jpg

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

From WP:PUI:

  • Image:Kuzma.jpg — uploader, User:Luka Jačov, keeps inserting various tags like {{PD-ineligible}} and {{PD-self}}, and removing other users' {{no license}} tags. He at first claimed to be the author (PD-self and User talk:Eloquence#Images), then confessed to have nicked the image from a website and claims to have received permission to use the image under {{CopyrightedFreeUse}}, but refuses to make this permission publicly available (claims to have had it e-mailed to permissions@wikimedia.org). The bad thing is, the image is used to illustrate a featured article, Lastovo, and it was put off from being displayed on the Main Page due to these copyvio issues. The problems have still not been resolved, sadly. TodorBozhinov 16:10, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
    • I ve got permission for picture permission is also send to permissions@wikimedia.org . Luka Jačov 17:28, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
      • That's what I said, you're claiming to have one and reverting any doubt in it. This is the place where to prove it, and you should also notify Wikipedia:Successful requests for permission. TodorBozhinov 17:33, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
        • I am telling you Raul said only to mail it. So what is you dont understand?! Why are you obsseded so with it? Did you consider professional help? Luka Jačov 19:08, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
          • I can confirm that we have recieved permission on OTRS for to us the image (ticket #2006070410010191) from the copyright holder. I sent a reply email asking him to pick a specific license. Raul654 15:09, 6 July 2006 (UTC)

It was tagged for not having a copyright notice on 17 July, so if there's no answer by 24 July it will presumably be deleted. User:Angr 09:24, 19 July 2006 (UTC)
