Compare the text added below the bulleted list of refineries to the following (from the source on the tag)

"Refinery Modernization Projects did not increase the refineries throughput only but also improved the quality of petroleum products which became highly competive on the world oil market. A radical improvement to the oil export facilities had also been affected. The South and North Piers in Mina Al-Ahmadi Refinery were upgraded to increase the loading efficiency along with Sea Island in Mina Abdulla Refinery and oil pier in Shuaiba Refinery. With regard to the local market, the company maintained the drive to expand marketing outlets so as to meet the growing demand on petroleum products and lube oils. The number of filling stations located in various parts of the country totalled 87 stations in 1990. Company installations, refineries, export terminals and filling stations had sustained severe damage during the vicious Iraqi invasion of the state of Kuwait. The refineries repair and restoration program was completed by the end of the fiscal year 1993-1994, after which the company recovered the refining capacity which prevailed prior to the vicious Iraqi invasion. The damaged filling stations were also repaired and rehabilitated. In December 1994 the total number of operating filling stations reached 80."

Other than that, I'd say the article appears to exist for no other reason than to promote the company (has no other sources than the company webpage).

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion.
