Kustavi (IPA[ˈkustɑʋi]), or Gustavs in Swedish, is a municipality of Finland.

It is located in the province of Western Finland and is part of the Finland Proper region. The municipality has a population of 941 (2004-12-31) and covers an area of 164.67 km² (excluding sea) of which 1.56 km² is inland water. The population density is 5.8 inhabitants per km².

There are over 2000 isles within the municipal area.

The municipality is a very popular summer resort and hosts over 2800 summer cottages. The population gets tenfold during the summer months. The biggest events are Volter Kilpi literature week in July and Salmon market (Lohimarkkinat) in August. The tourist information can be reached during the summer by phone: +358 2 842 6620.

The municipality has the basic services including 3 groceries, a liquor store, a library and a bank. There are two ferry connections to Brändö and Iniö.

The municipality is unilingually Finnish even though it is located next to the Swedish speaking Åland-region.
