Kushabhau Thakre Patrakarita Awam Jansanchar University (KTUJM) is a public university located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. The University was established on December 2004, of the Chhattisgarh Government Former Prime Minister a visionary statesman and a dedicated journalist Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee inaugurated the University on 16th April 2005 at Raipur a midest the greatening of eminent journalist, educationalist, literatures, social workers and senior politicians. The university is named after Late Sri Kushabhau Thakre who was one of the great political leaders of the country.

The university is located at a self contained campus at Kota stadium Raipur. It is roughly 6 km away from the railway station near Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University Raipur. The Airport is around 20 km. Auto Rickshaw charges Rs. 35-40 from the railway station. The present campus has office, well equipped classrooms, faculty rooms, library, Computer lab, Audio-Visual studio, Language lab and other necessary infrastructure. Efforts are being made to provide hostel accommodation however private hostels for boys and girls are available in the close
