I'm glad that you are interested in making a factual article, rather than one for promotional reasons. I hope you will find the links above useful.

To avoid your article being immediately deleted, you should indicate why the company might be important (as its not the purpose of this encyclopedia to list every company there is; only the notable ones.)

You can also build your article in your userspace (somewhere like User:Kurtik/TravelNetCon) without it being deleted.

In the long run, you should take a look at the WP:Notability guidelines, and our WP:Verifiability policy, which will be required to avoid the article being deleted in the future.
