Talk:Kurt Gerstein
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The introduction now reads "He is said to have contacted ..." Are there any doubts about this? Get-back-world-respect 05:11, 29 January 2006 (UTC)
The whole article reads completely POV, imo it should be scrapped if its not changed. --86.2.153.77 12:47, 14 March 2006 (UTC)
I read today (30 september 2006) in Swedish news paper "Svenska Dagbladet" that that he was officially acquitted for any participation in the holocaust. In the article here on WP it says that he aided in the massmurder, this must be changed! --Mailerdaemon 22:39, 29 September 2006 (UTC)

[[ The reference to the Hochhuth work is inaccurate: it was a play, not a novel; furthermore, the controversy arising due to Hochhuths documentation of these events should be emphasized. Should be linked to Wiki entry: The Deputy Also: Wiki should begin work on semantic linking of items in different language name spaces]] —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.238.96.46 (talk • contribs)
- "semantic linking of items in different language" - perhaps you're looking for the interlanguage links, to the same article in different languages (which are listed in the left column, under the heading "In other languages")? --Singkong2005 · talk 23:31, 22 October 2006 (UTC)
This article is very unbalanced, as it gives the impression that all of Gerstein claims are undisputed fact. The following information should be included - in his first signed memorandum (April 26 1945,) Gerstein claimed that 25 million concentration camp internees had been gassed, but in his second signed memorandum (May 4 1945, only 1 week later!) he had mysteriously reduced the figure to 6 million. The article should also refer to the book "The Confessions of Kurt Gerstein" by Henri Roques, which systematically demonstrates that much of what Gerstein claims is nonsense. The book referred to and its author were long ago discredited as anti-semitic revisionism. See: Vidal-Naquet It has been removed a number of times. --Joel Mc (talk) 15:24, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
